Insurance
If you have dental insurance, you should know that dental insurance plans function quite differently from general medical insurance. Consider your dental insurance as a supplement to paying for treatment, not an indicator of the oral healthcare you need or what quality dental materials should cost. We make recommendations for your care based on your unique needs and our use of the highest quality materials and procedures available, not on what your dental plan will cover. We can suggest alternate payment methods, such as utilizing your employer’s flex-spending account or applying for medical financing. We are here to help guide you in utilizing the maximum benefits that your insurance may have provided for you.
We are contracted with Humana, Delta Dental Premier, Guardian, Metlife PDP Plus, Cigna and Aetna. Other insurance companies may be added, so please contact our office for more information.
Wellness Program
Sara Cummins Aesthetic & Implant Dentistry offers a plan called the Wellness Program. It is an annual program for those without insurance. The Wellness Program offers a plan for both adults and children. With this program members are entitled to receive dental services at predetermined rates and for a percentage discount off the practices normal fee, for the services. The Wellness Program is an exceptional way to ensure you and your family receive the treatment necessary to maintain your oral health.
